VetoDrive Technologies Ltd (“VetoDrive”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides an AI-assisted vehicle information and decision-support service for UK used-car buyers.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share information when you use the VetoDrive mobile application, website and related services.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use VetoDrive, we may collect:
- Account information, including your email address, account identifier and authentication information.
- Vehicle and report information entered by you, including a vehicle registration number, mileage, asking price, seller postcode or location, service-history information and other details submitted to generate a report.
- Images and other content that you choose to upload.
- Reports generated through VetoDrive and information relating to your saved report history.
- Purchase, entitlement and report-credit information relating to transactions made through the relevant mobile application store.
- Device-location information, where you grant permission and where it is required to provide location, distance or journey-related features.
- Technical and diagnostic information, including device type, operating-system version, application activity, error information, security logs and internet protocol address.
- Information contained in communications that you send to VetoDrive.
We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details. Payments made through the mobile application are processed by the relevant application store.
2. How We Use Information

- Create, authenticate and manage your VetoDrive account.
- Generate, save and display vehicle reports.
- Process vehicle-related information and provide buyer-focused analysis.
- Provide location, distance or journey-related features where requested.

VetoDrive does not use automated processing to make decisions about users that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Information obtained from external sources may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete or inaccurate.
Important vehicle information should be independently verified using official records, the seller and, where appropriate, a qualified vehicle professional.
7. International Data Transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom.
Where required, we use or rely upon appropriate legal safeguards for the international transfer of personal information.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

- Retaining saved reports while they remain available through your account.

- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.

VetoDrive is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
